Prices are per night and per room, and are special low prices for the attendants to the HED@FAIR collaboration meeting in Ciudad Real. The hotel holds the room allotment until September 15th, 2018.

• The meals menu include mineral water and local wine.
• Extra meal (apart the ones included in the room and board): 17,50 € / person.

The participants at the HED@FAIR collaboration meeting must make the room reservations until September 15th, 2018 by writing an e-mail to reservas@hotelcarlota.es, indicating “Ref: HED@FAIR collaboration meeting” in the subject and room preferences in the text.

The hotel will discount the meal corresponding to the Conference Dinner to the guests reserving rooms with complete boarding (room+ breakfast+2 meals). It is strongly recommended to take the option including at least one meal so that lunch can be taken in the hotel. In any case, it can be taken by paying each meal at the indicated price of 17,50 euros.
