Travel Information
The Lufthansa Seeheim Conference Hotel is located approximately 45 km south of Frankfurt am Main and is well-situated between the airport, the long-distance train station, Frankfurt main station and the Autobahn.
Frankfurt Airport (Arrival by plane) / Frankfurt Airport long-distance train station (Arrival by train at airport)
There is a daily shuttle service between the hotel and the airport / the long-distance train station. This service is included in the conference hotel fee. The trip takes around 35 minutes. The bus arrives at and departs from bus platform 23 on the arrivals level of Terminal 1A.

Please note:
In order to guarantee you a seat on the shuttle bus, they require a reservation through the hotel reception (+49 69 - 696 131 0000) as follows:
- for trips from Monday to Friday at least 24 hours before departure
- for trips on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) until 12:00 on Friday
Frankfurt Main Station (Arrival by train at main station)
From Frankfurt main station, take the S-Bahn S8 or S9 to Frankfurt Airport and take the hotel's shuttle bus from there (see Frankfurt Airport).
Autobahn A5 (Arrival by car)
To reach the hotel by car, take the A5 and the exit 28 (between Frankfurt and Heidelberg) for Seeheim-Jugenheim. Satnav data: Seeheim-Jugenheim, Lufthansaring
Parking
You can park in the hotel's parking garage which is include in the conference hotel fee. The garage parks up to 500 cars. However, please be aware that there is a 2-meter height limit for vehicles.
Visa Information
Please check the information provided by the German Federal Foreign Office to see if you have to apply for a visa to enter Germany and the Schengen area.
