Cryogenics for Large Accelerators

There was a demanding increase of accelerators using superconducting magnets or cavities within the last two decades. For a reliable operation often superfluid helium is used. The talk will give an overview on state of the art accelerators using cryogenic cooling with a focus on the Accelerator Module Test Facility (AMTF) at DESY and the experience of cryomodule testing at DESY.
