GSI-Kolloquium:"Fundamental Symmetry Tests with Atoms"

Atomic physics continues to provide useful constraints on various possible extensions to the Standard Model. Taking the example of recent experiments with dysprosium, we will discuss measurements of parity violation, search for a temporal variation of the fine-structure “constant,” new tests of gravitation, and possible searches for components of dark matter.
