  issue in understanding hadron structure and quark confinement is the unqu
 enching dynamics\, i.e.\, quark-antiquark pair creation and annihilation i
 n the hadrons. The exotic multi-quark states play an important role for th
 e study of the unquenching dynamics. While the discoveries of exotic hadro
 ns with heavy flavors convinced people the existence of multiquark states\
 , the light quarks play more important role for unquenching dynamics in re
 ality\, but are more difficult to deal with. The strange quarks may play a
  crucial role to bridge the gap between heavy and light quarks. In this ta
 lk\, I will present recent progresses and prospects on the study of variou
