Regarding structure: Old: -- Strategic Goal of the Topic -- Competences -- Objectives and Approach -- Expected Results -- Infrastructures -- Opportunities and Risks New: -- Challenges and objectives -- Competences and expertise -- Results of scientific evaluation (by Reviewers) -- Implementation One slight concern could be that by addressing 3 main questions under, respectively, "Challenges and objectives", "Competences and expertise" and "Implementation", we will reiterate among these questions. This could be a bit hard to read and repetitive. But I also do not have a better idea how to streamline.
