Overview of First Light Fusion’s Capabilities and Amplifier Approach to Inertial Fusion Energy

First Light Fusion has been advancing inertial fusion energy for over a decade, developing world-class capabilities and facilities. These advancements have enabled the creation of amplifiers and targets relevant not only for fusion but also for High Energy Density Physics (HEDP) applications. This talk will provide a comprehensive overview of these capabilities, with a specific focus on exploring the potential of coupling an ion beam with this type of target.
