STAR BES Program: Status and Perspectives

This presentation will provide an overview of the STAR Beam Energy Scan (BES) program. Results from BES Phase I and II will be reported, and future perspectives will be discussed. Additionally, the talk will cover the NSAC long-range plan and its impact on the high-density frontier.
