As this is an external meeting in a hotel on site participants need to fulfill one of the 3 requirements:
vaccinated, recovered (< 6 months) or tested (<24h antigen test, <48h for PCR) all with a proper certificate 
A test at the entrance is alsp possible, but it takes 15 min to get the result.
