Lustre version upgrade

* Upgrade from current 2.10.6 to 2.12.x = mayor release upgrade * Upgrade has been tested - The upgrade is supposed to take place in week 36 (31.8. - 6.9.) - Lustre has to be shut down, a gradual upgrade is not possible - If preparations go well, the shutdown will be on Tuesday, September 1 - ETA is very difficult to predict, therefor this announcement of one week of shutdown
