In case you do not have any of those accounts, you can create an Indico local account here. Your registration is only valid after the payment has been received. Please be aware that you have to take care of arranging accommodation yourself. A list of accommodation options can be found here Proceed to the registration form. Confirmation of participation The SHIM2015 organizers will confirm the registration and payment via e-mail. Cancellation and refund policy Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing to the SHIM organizers by e-mail: shim2015@gsi.de or by fax: +49-6159-71-2134. If cancellation is received by May 10, 2015, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 50 EUR. No refunds of the registration fee can be made for cancellations received after 10 May 2015. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In the case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee. There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.

In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.
