Resonant hadron systems on the interface between Phenomenology, EFT and Lattice QCD

Description

Reaction-independent, universal parameters of resonances are encoded in the analytic structure of transition amplitudes. Symmetries can reduce the variety of such amplitudes through the general S-matrix constraints or by using Effective Field Theories, e.g. CHPT when dealing with strongly interacting systems. Physical information through experiment or numerical calculations of lattice QCD provide valuable constraints at real energies. 

In my talk, I will present recent progress including
(1) Upgrades on strangeness physics frontier due to new data accumulated in the recent years;
(2) Development of the three-body methodology bridging Lattice QCD and Phenomenology;
(3) Global analyses of scattering/photo/electro-production data leading to simultaneous determination of several transition form factors of excited baryons.
